Delivery Information:

Within London M25:
All orders are delivered using a combination of our own vehicles and other suitable carriers dependant on the delivery destination and the goods ordered. In all cases we will try our best endeavours to ensure that delivery charges are as economical as possible.

We offer next day delivery to most areas within the London M25. Orders must be received before 12pm. On occasions we may not be able to guarantee next day delivery and in such circumstances we will ensure that delivery is made as soon as practicably possible. Due to the nature of transporting goods around London, we cannot offer timed delivery, however, our policy is to meet our customer's requirements and therefore we will do our best to accommodate any specific requests. Our delivery times are between 8am to 4pm Mon - Fri and 8am - 11am Saturday. We can provide approximate timings for delivery on request.

Outside London M25:

We will use our best endeavours to deliver outside the London M25 area using specialist carriers. Due to the size and nature of some Wedi products, we can only confirm delivery costs and dates once we have been provided with a list of items and the exact delivery address. We are constantly seeking to minimize the costs of delivering Wedi products and assure our customers that any cost savings acheived are passed on.

Please note that we may be able to offer a next day delivery outside the London M25, however, this cannot be guaranteed and therefore please inform our sales team as soon as possible if you require this service so they can try and make all necessary arrangements after receiving your enquiry.

General Delivery Terms:

We will not leave goods without receiving a signed receipt of acceptance and therefore the customer is advised to ensure that when requesting delivery, there are persons at the delivery address who can sign for the goods. By placing an order with us you are authorising us to accept signatures from persons other than those ordering or paying as proof that the goods have been received.

Any request to deliver goods to an address other than that of the person ordering or the card holder (if payment made by credit or debit card) must be made in writing to us. Written instructions will be taken as undisputable proof of instructions and we will not be liable for any loss as a result of carrying out such written instructions.

Ownership of goods will not pass until we have delivered the goods to you. Once goods are delivered, risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you.

We will make a charge of £50 for any delivery that is either rejected once dispatched or has to be re-delivered.

Please note that our deliveries are kerb side only and therefore please ensure that you have sufficient labour to receive your order and place the goods inside the premises or property required.
Back Orders

We keep a wide range of Wedi products in stock and the items that we do not keep in stock will be marked on the website as being supplied to order. Please note we will only order these goods once full payment is received and we will arrange for deliver from the supplier as soon as possible. On occasions there can be the need to order a product which is not in stock in the UK to be delivered from Germany. In such circumstances we will keep you updated as to when the item is going to be delivered to us and thereafter to you. Items that are available in the UK but not stocked by us may take from between 5 to 10 days for delivery
Refund Policy

With the exception of goods which we do not stock and have been ordered specifically, the customer can return goods purchased from us within 28 days of receiving the goods. Goods will only accepted for refund if they are not damaged and in perfect condition for re-sale. Any items that are packaged can only be returned if the packaging is not damaged. Refund of monies will be in the same form as payment and no refunds will be provided without proof of purchase.

In all cases of returns, please note a) we will not collect from the premises the goods were delivered unless there is delivery made to those premises and b) in all cases a handling charge of 15% will apply to all goods returned.

We cannot accept goods that are surplus to requirements after 28 days of delivery or purchase.

It is important that goods are checked on delivery and all shortages need to be reported our sales office within 48 hours.
